It is always our highest priority to put the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff first at Crenshaw Christian Academy.
We have attempted to keep up with the latest information on the Corona virus (COVID-19), and we will be following the recommendations of the Governor, CDC, ADPH, and the AISA. Therefore, we will be discontinuing all on-campus classes, practices, activities, athletic events, and scheduled events until Monday, April 6. We will reevaluate the situation at the beginning of April and notify you of any changes in our plan through email, Facebook, and Twitter.
We will continue our regular assignments via email/online avenues for the week following Spring Break for grades 7-12. Elementary teachers will be in touch with parents about their plans. The faculty and staff will meet Monday, March 23 at 9:00 A.M. and students will receive their assignments soon after the meeting.
Daycare opening will be determined tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, practicing social distancing the next couple of weeks will help control the spread of COVID-19.
It is important that we do our part during this extremely challenging time for our city, state, and nation. My prayer is that these challenges will bring out the best in each of us, that we will be found working together, that we will not panic, that we will help the elderly, communicate with respect, and encourage and serve each other with grace and kindness.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
